Case transfer to Local Office-Milwaukee (help)

Hi all,
Our on-line messages says that our case have been transfered to Local INS Milwaukee Office, both Primary and dependent.. Does anyone have this experience? And how long usually take to schedule an interview? What will they ask? We are the Employment base application, no job change over the years??

Name Checking

Our lawyer told us that even after the interview at the local office, we still need to wait for Name Check? What is the Name check? and for all the people regardless of their native country? How long it usually take?
