Hello kittu9905 You do need a visitors visa if you travel via frankford. I traveled to india lately. I called the consulate. They confirmed that i do need a visitors visa travel via frankford. If you have a valid visa stamped on your passport you do not need a visa.

I-485 I am from INDIA. So definitely i am affected by retrogression. Status says that it is approved. It does not say it is conditionally approved.

Hi Need_Green_card I was in the same boat as you. My ND is May 12th 2004 for I-140(EB3). I asked my Lawyer to initiate query last week. Today my I-140 got cleared. I am not sure it is because of the query.
