Best route to Travel to India if you have Advance Payroll

Hi Guys,

My present VISA Expired and I plan to use Advance Payroll to come back to USA.
1. Can anyone suggest the best Route to travel to India and avoid Transit Visas.

2. I have a canadian PR, but I'm boarding my flight in Newark, and want to come back to same distination. Does Canadian PR help me in avoiding Transit Visa.

As always , looking for your suggestions.
 
Well, advance payroll doesn't help though advance parole does...

It would have been better, if you had some suggestions for my issue, nstead of pointing to the mistake. I hope your time is valuable since you got your PR.

oK iT IS Parole instead of Payroll.

As a matter fact, only US honour it's Advance Parole (AP), so unless you are taking some stop over (staying in some country), I don't think you need some visa.

The best route would be US-UK-India and same to back.

I never had this kind of experience. So, find out from people who had earlier.

Travel Via Frankfurt

Hi,

I have a valid AP and I'm travelling Via Frankfurt. You don't need a Visitor's Visa or Airport Transit Visa if you travel via frankfurt..

You do need a visitors visa if you travel via frankford. I traveled to india lately. I called the consulate. They confirmed that i do need a visitors visa travel via frankford. If you have a valid visa stamped on your passport you do not need a visa.
