Guys if you have a pending EB3 I-140 and want to see who else is waiting for an approval post your ND with information whether it is concurrent. This will help feel others (me) better about the wait. :)

I know there are trackers but some of the users never update it or they just disappear. This will just be a quick recap for currently active users. Also, if this can be made into a sticky it will be easy for others to add their information. Thanks!

Mine too

My Notice Date for I-140 is 05/12/2004. LUD changed on 10/08/2004. But no approval. Mine is Semi Concurrent filing. I-485 ND is 06/02/2004.

Hello All, Looks like we are in the same pool.

My Case Details;
EB3 Conc/140/I-485
ND: 04/12/04

LUD for I-140 on 10/15/04
No Change in Message :confused:

 
Any recent APs on I-140 with receipt EAC042565****

Any recent APs on I-140 with receipt EAC042565****. ( EB3,Concurrent,Labor Substitution)
Any I-140 AP for 09/04 ND ? EAD/AP AD is 09/04.
 
Labor sub?

I am wondering if labor substitution is the common theme for all EB3 140 applications that have hit roadblocks. Thoughts?
