I'm not so sure - My lawyer always seems to get a copy of my wife's correspondence (eg Fingerprint notices etc) even though I am the main applicant, but doesn't get my correspondence. My wife gets two copies - one at the Lawyers offices and one at the home address.
We got our approval notices in the post last week and got passports stamped last Friday. I just checked our online case status (on the v small chance that they may have posted our cards) and saw that the old approved message had been changed to:
"Our last written notice in this case was...
Just checked on line and, as of yesterday, both my wife and myself have been approved - still in complete shock!
Pretty much a silent visitor to this website - but many thanks to Rajiv and all of you guys who help to shed a little light on what can be a completely bewildering process...
I agree - I've been at the same large US company for the last 4 years, lived in the same address, on an L1 - seemingly no complicated factors
It's incredibly fruistrating to phone up the BCIS and be told that the reason there are so many March/April etc approvals prior to much earlier RDs is...
We found out recently that our case files were moved to a Case Officer's desk as of Tues Feb 17th.
Does anyone know whether I have due cause to be optimistic that we might find out something in, say, the next 10-14 days or whether the files are now simply under a very big stack of other...
I (selfishly) wished it had of been on the surnames basis - but I'm a "C" and am still waiting...

We've received no RFEs or anything else since our 1st FP. Hoping that we might just get approved before the 2nd FP - is this just total fantasy?
