We've received no RFEs or anything else since our 1st FP. Hoping that we might just get approved before the 2nd FP - is this just total fantasy?

RD 18th Jan 2002. No 2nd FP. Contacted Senator twice. No response. Standard answers: wait for 30-60 days.
I am wondering how long should I wait. There is no limit to waiting for 2nd FP. It could be another 6 months before my countdown to approval starts after receiving 2nd FP.
The entire system stinks.

MrMr, try to contact senator or congressmen in our area. Right now VSC is processing jan 31 2002 cases (at least as per their website). So this is high time if you poke now there will be some movement in your case.
