Approval trend: all complex cases getting approved

All the cases that are approved of late are complex cases. Looks like USCIS takes a lot of time to approve the straight forward cases i.e no AC 21 no address change no change in anything. Any thoughts
 
I agree - I've been at the same large US company for the last 4 years, lived in the same address, on an L1 - seemingly no complicated factors

It's incredibly fruistrating to phone up the BCIS and be told that the reason there are so many March/April etc approvals prior to much earlier RDs is that every case is 'judged on it's own merits'....

RD - 1/31/02
ND - 2/14/02
FP1 - 4/10/02
FP2 - 1/31/04

No RFEs..

AD????????
 
dengdeng, agreed your case got approved but look at the time it took for you. Had your case would have been complicated it would have been approved much before
