very interesting. but how come the processing dates stay at Jan. 31, 2002. they jump 6 months just in a few days???

2001 statistic it not included there,
so it is only for 2002 RD.
We know for sure
many 2001 RD cases were approved in February 2004 at VSC.

We also know that a number of Jan - May 02 RDs were approved in Feb 04 - they're not here either
