Hi Kish/Usha: My labor was applied in Wyoming on Aug 4th, can you tell me when I can get my state cleared? Once the state is cleared, Denver DOL should process the application in a month or so, right?

I just got the confirmation from my lawyer that my case has been moved to Philly DOL office. It was applied on May 6th and I got a NoF regarding my company's address from Harrisburg SESA.
