All the best to you. I tried my luck last week for I-EAD but did not recieve it as they had the hold placed on the interim benefits because of the RFE on the I-140 for Company financials and ed eval. The lady at the HArtford office stated that we need to wait for 90 days after VSC recieves...

jay_gm Am in the same boat. EAD and AP on hold - I responded to the RFE on Oct 5, 2003. BCIS receipted it for Oct 14, 2003. Nothing after that........ Had the same RFE as u do.

Hi I am on H1B and husband on H4. Apllied for I-140 and I-485 in JUly along with EAD. Did not apply for AP. Can my huband and I both travel To India on our H1 and H4. Hope we do not need AP. Please respond as travellign on Friday. Thanks

ITs possible - because for an I-140 RFe the colored page is blue - so just a guess - that it is possible.

its true if there is a problem they will send an RFE and put the EAD on hold if no problem they issue the EAD

I-EAD at Boston - Help Hey Is this true. Boston office is not giving any I- EADS anymore. I need to get one urgently. I live in Ct but Hartford local office is not giving I- EADs till 120 days and then to will take time. Please help - as I was planning to go for I-EAD to Boston

None from my end. Plan to go to local INS office for I-EAd. I had a question though,- I live in CT - there is an Hartford local office which does not do one day I-EAd's - heard the Boston one does walk in EADS - Can one go and apply there even if not living in MA? thanks
