You dont want to give anything unless they ask for. These people BCSI are dumb. My lawyer send all the paper in order other then Photo ID. They issue RFE and my process delayed for atleast 50 days.

Did any one got similar one. If so please let me know what kind of information they are expecting.

I was the first one on this forum to have got RFE on my 140.

ND: 08-06-2003
RFE: 9-5-2003


Although they say request for additional information, the RFE might vary for each case. In my case they asked for company financials and my W2's.

I had an RFE on 5th Sep and we received it by 20th Sep. Responded by 15th Oct, so far no word on this. The worst thing is, your EAD and AP processing will be halted becasue of this.

Just keep calling your employer and attorney and see that they respond as soon as possible. Good luck.

Thanks for your Information.
I do remember that my attorney didn't sent company financials while filing I-140 but they sent my 2 years tax returns.
I hope RFE is regarding Comapany Financials.

Yes that is correct.

My Lawyer hasnt got ND yet from INS.
Allow 30 days for INS to respond. The Notice will contain your EAC number and the ND. MD and RD are for your opersonal reference only. USCIS strictly goes by ND alone.

EAD(ND 8/28) approved yesterday (12/9) for both of us.

AP is still pending with same ND 8/28. It's more than 100 days and AP is pending!

Both mine and my wife EAD approved yesterday 12/09/03.
