No - No word yet!

I did call the BCIS today and the lady took down my details. According to her, the VSC has moved on to 9/11 for all pending 485 cases. So, she took down the relevant information and said she would post an inquiry. The waiting continues....

Hi Mparth,

Did you check with your lawyer. What had happend in my case for AP is that, my AP got approved but it still says not approved on BCIS website. I came to know when my lawyer emailed me about it.

co-incidence is, i shared the same date with u at NY DOl also.

its nice to join with you guys.

i filed my i140/i485/i765 in EB3

md. 09/26/03
rd. 09/29/03
nd. 09/30/03

updated excel sheet.

along with me one of my friend filed same as above with same company with same dates.

he got approval i765 on 11/20/03.
he also got i140 approval before i765.

his receipt my receipt number difference is around 300.

i am expecting mine within a week or two if everything goes well.

Any body left with ND's sept mid to end?

Is anybody left with notice dates of sept mid to end?

would appreciate a response.

my Nd is sept 22nd & i havent heard anything as yet.

my notice date i 9/5, havent heard anything yet. Spoke to USCIS yesterday, they asked me to wait a couple of weeks.
 
Nope

Rotny: There are no RFEs for either EAD or 140.

Just waiting.. and checking status every day (infact twice a day)... Hopefully it will come before 90 days...
 
EAD Approved

My EAD has been approved on Dec 1st. My wife's EAD who has the same notice date is not approved yet.

Receipt Date: 09/30/2003
Notice Date: 09/30/2003
EAD: 12/01/2003

Oct-Nov-Dec thread has started getting approvals

someone with ND oct 1st got approval.

we, with sept dates are yet waiting.

i dont undersatnd, how do they go about, with the dates & approvals:confused:
