Excel file not readable.

The XL file you uploaded is not readable/openable. Please verify and re-upload. And please ignore this message, if something is wrong on my end that is causing the error. However, I could open the previous upload of the file without any problem.
 
I couldn't open the file either. Not sure what the problem is. I thought it was a problem on my end. It might still be :). But I could open the previous uploads just fine.

Congratulations for your I-140 approval, what EB category did you file your I-140? I filed my I-140 on 8/22/03 and my priority date is 4/1/03 and I am still waiting for my I-140 approval

My case is filed at NSC, and I am new to immigration.com, can you let me know how I can update the spreadsheet with my info.

This thread is for Vermont filings, you should look for a similar thread for all NSC filings. BTW, congratulations on getting I-140 approved in 3 months, looks like we have to wait for 1 year :(

My I-140 is filed in Vermont Center on Sep. 8, 2003 under AdvancedDegree.

Any body have any idea, Now a days how long it will take to process this kind of case.

If you are lucky, one month, otherwise over 1 year :-(

I have filed I-140 in Vermont on Sep 8 , 2003 under Advanced Degree. Now, Is it possible to file I-485 in Texas.

So what are the required documents to file I-485?.

I-140 approved

Hi all,
The online case status shows that my I-140 has been approved yesterday (12/30/2003). But, my EAD and AP are not approved yet. I need my AP asap b'coz I am planning to go to India sometime early next year. Could anyone tell me how long will it take to get the AP and EAD approved? It would be great if someone can update the Excel sheet.

My details:
Concurrent filing
ND: 08/20/2003
RFE on I-140 on educational eval./experience on 10/28/2003
RFE response received on 11/28/2003
I140 approved: 12/30/2003
AP?
EAD?
I485?

mine was filed under EB3. I think it took around 4 and half months and that was b'coz of the RFE.

My I-140 was filed on 8/22/03. Hoping I get cleared as soon as yours did.
 
EAD RFE

Hello everyone,

Although I have registered only now, I have been following this thread for long. It is indeed a very useful forum.

I have a question for njwaiting and June192001.
Have you got any response/approval on your EAD RFE?

I am in a similar boat. I (and my wife) received an RFE on EAD for photo id's. Our response was received by VSC on 17th November 2003 but we are still awaiting approval.

If anyone is in a similar situation, please let me know.
