Any Response for RFE's received between Sep 25- Oct15?

I got an RFE for my I-140 on 09/29/03. Mine was a substitution case and the RFE was about education evaluation. The lawyer sent the response on 10/10/03.

The online case-status after 10/21/03 says that they received the response on 10/20/03. From what i hear around this shouldn't take more than 2 weeks after that Is that true? Can someone please provide insight?

I have seen postings of people here who got RFE around the same time. Could you please provide your status?

I-140 ND 10/23/02
I-485 ND 08/11/03
 
RFE 09/29/03 -ed eval and company financials
RFE response 10/14/03

Nothing yet exeept for similar online message. Keep me posted on this if you receive any news.

My EB3/Substitution/concurrent RFE was asking for a full copy of the Subs Labor.

Maybe our officer is on vacation????

Actually its only just over 2weeks, give it another 2weeks

RFE on I/140 (EB2 RIR - concurrent filing 140/485/EAD -7/22/03 ND). Sent response on 10/7/03. Finally showed up on their website saying that they received on 10/31/03.

Nothing happened so far.

STILL Nothing yet.

This is a little longer than usual.
 
I did not apply for AP. Did not get EAD yet.

For I140 now the online status says they received RFE response on 10/31/03.
For I485/EAD the online status says they received the application on 07/22/03, same from the beginning.

Once they issue RFE on 140 all the other applications will have an automatic hold.

The reason I was asking you is that I am in the same exact situation. My ND is 08/20. I got RFE on educational qual/experience (thanx to my lawyer for messing up) on 10/27. My lawyer will be responding to the RFE in a week or 2. My EAD/AP are on hold because of this.

Please let me know if you hear anything.

Am in the same boat. EAD and AP on hold - I responded to the RFE on Oct 5, 2003. BCIS receipted it for Oct 14, 2003. Nothing after that........

Had the same RFE as u do.
 
One more waiting approval...


140-RFE recvd(to BCIS) on Oct 9.
(RFE was on company financials and my tax returns.)

No change after that .(the same old mssg) :(

Hello friends,

I checked online status for my I-140 by accident. But to my surprise I saw an RFE sent on 11/10.
I do not know what is it about. Hope its simple one and everything will be fine.
I will share the details once I get any info from my Attorney.

what's happening to the RFE cases

I have been following this forum for a long time and always used to see that once you respond to the RFE they approve it within 2 weeks. But now there hasn't been any action on the RFE's for more than a month. The only logic I can think of is that the person who is assigned the RFE cases is onleave or may be re-assigned to some other cases.

We can only hope that they approve these cases ASAP.

Talked to National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283

I have to get my EAD soon. Concurrent EB2 140/485/EAD with ND 7/22/03. I replied to RFE on my 140 on 10/31/03 about company financials.

Called NCSC number to ask about EAD.

He took my EAD details (and 140/485 too) and address etc and said he will send an email to VSC and to expect a response in 3 to 4 weeks.

He said I can try for iEAD at the local office but he is not sure whether they will issue it or not.

He says I just need to take the receipt notices of my pending cases and nothing else. (no photos or money order)

I will try my luck during Nov 24th week.

I tried my luck last week for I-EAD but did not recieve it as they had the hold placed on the interim benefits because of the RFE on the I-140 for Company financials and ed eval. The lady at the HArtford office stated that we need to wait for 90 days after VSC recieves the RFE response to apply for I-EAD.

Got Approved

My I-140 got approved. Substitution case.. got an RFE on 09/29/2003, replied for it on 10/05/2003, USCIS received it on 10/20/2003 and it got approved on 11/13/2003
