yes, you can re-schedule... details will be on the notice.. -not sure on max no. of times you can re-schedule... but I think it is based on for each notice... not on cumulative no.

how many parole copies you have ??? ( normally they give 3 ), are they not collecting each time your enter into the country ( US ) ?

Immigration and International laws are different, not sure if you can do that (personally), but your home country court should direct if any thing should happen...

they can re-schedule, all its matter of how to follow up local office, some times central and local office are disconnected, software is not upto date :-)

it should not affect your application !!

Your pending I-485 is your spouse status..... ( under adjustment )
