I485 Denial -did not attend interview

Hi all,
I got a letter from USCIS on Aug 14that my I485 has been denied and the reason being I did not attend the interview, I never got any letter from them. I then setup an appointment at the local office for Aug 17th, there after hrs of waiting I was told that they would re-send the interview letter. I have not yet got the letter its been 15 days now, I even sent them a express mail requesting them to reschedule the interview. My EAD expires on October 15th and I have not extened my H1Bvisa since first 3 years expired in Feb. I am in urgent need of help, Could any one please tell me what to do next.

take infopass and again visit local office.If don’t get any satisfactory answer at window talk to supervisor. take your I-485 receipt. Inform the supervisor that you did not have interview letter and visited local office on date… and still you don’t have interview letter as promised.
* I will file EAD extension ASAP. if you get your interview in -10-15 days and get approved and get stamp in passport then EAD will be denied.
 
they can re-schedule, all its matter of how to follow up local office, some times central and local office are disconnected, software is not upto date :)

Thanks I will try to extend my EAD and get an intre with infopass asap
