My i-140 EB1 got Denied for "To date,*No evidence has been received in support of your petition"* I have Fedex tracking info states the package was received.
1. Has this happened to anyone? How could a 10ib package got lost? And Why didn't they ask for RFE, but instead, they just denied my case?
2. I filed an appeal with copies of all original materials. Receipt received on May 4, 2009. What's going to happen with AAO, since TSC never actually review the case in the first place?
3. Can I travel outside of US using AP and come back? Can I work using EAD? Both are valid and were issued last year. Note: my i-485 (which was filed at the same time as the 140) has NOT been denied. Online it says: Case received and pending.
4. Am I legal in the US? I'm doing PhD and have valid i-20.
