Indeed, for some Indians and Chinese in EB3 it is going to be faster for them to wait for their US-born children to turn 21 and sponsor them than waiting to get their EB cases approved. Especially since some of those children are already 10 years old, because they were born back when their parents had an F-1 or their first H1B visa.
 
If those stories about mass preadjudications are true, the October bulletin will probably have huge retrogression, as some massive amount like 90% of the quota could be used up in October itself. While that is a bad thing for those waiting to file their I-485, the flood of approvals will be great for those whose I-485's have been pending for a long time.
 
it would be very funny ...but this is realy sad.
some people cannot wait and keep going anymore. You cannot change the job, your kids consider out of state even their native language is English, you cannot travel and more and more...:(
