AC21 and changing Job

I know this question might have been asked many times, but i would like to clarify a few points
i have been working on EAD for last 4 years, my PD is EB3 India Nov 2001, it is a substitute labor,
my EAD is approved till June 2010 and i have recently applied for AP 1 week ago

Can i change i my job without affecting my 485 application

Can my current employer revoke I140 if he wants to and get me in trouble

Since this is substitute labor i dont have full details like salary, but i know the job description, the new job may be more salary but similar job description, but title will be different. does title of job matter.

I was planning to wait till GC, but with this new retro i think i should move on, i guess EB3 wont get GC until economy improves,
Any suggestions what i should be careful about when changing jobs.

Job duties are what counts; the job title doesn't really matter, unless it is so different that it raises suspicions (e.g. project manager to database administrator raises a red flag).

Salary difference doesn't matter unless it is so radically different that it seems like a different job (e.g. $20K -> $90K doesn't look like a similar job, but $50K -> $80K is common for the same type of job).
