i too got similar blank FP notice. Did not have problem. The officer at the counter will call someone higher up and the boss will verify the notice on its database and then u r all set. Go ahead and get Fpd.

Just a thought... someone changed the job before I-140 was approved, but past 6mons of I-485 (concurrent filing) and this happened before the ac21 clarification on I-140 was issued. Can it be argued that the applicant should be given the benefit of doubt?

does this mean AC21 is out? u cannot use AC21 w/o approved I-140, but if 485 is to be approved along with 140, when to use AC21???

Went on 17 april for FP. Gr8 experience (as compared to Boston for my 1st FP). Ample parking just right near the entrance, no waiting. All set and done in 15 mins. Just saw 3 more ppl there during this duration. Very friedly staff.

DL and EAD should be OK. I used it. After FP I inquired if PP was necessary, they said EAD is good enough as its issued by US federal govt.

If u have an EAD, take it along. It can be used as an ID, since its issued by federal govt. I used it in Boston for FP.

I am located in MA. My 1st FP was in Boston. But, I got a 2nd FP notice which says to go to Providence, RI. Anyone has similar experince? ANyone with fingerprinting experience in RI?

2 FP recvd Recvd notice for 2nd FP for both spouse and self. Mailed on 5th April. WAC 02095xxxxx. I-485 was filed in CSC. Moved to MA. 1st FP was in Boston. For some reason, this one they have scheduled in Providence, Rhode Island. Anyone with fingerprinting experience in RI ?
