How to get the US passport? I am supposed to get the Oath Ceremony on Jan. 20th. Do I have to make an appointment on a regional passport agency?

the same thing happened to me My I-485 was approved on Nov. 8, 2004. the Card was received on Jan. 19, 2005. they sent the approval notification emails on May 4, 2005.. saying "this case has been aproved on May 3, 2005." that is sooo strange.....
