Thanks Thanks for all the wishes. POJ: Thanks for the nice cake. Regarding RFE: We did get for both me and spouse and responded back with what they asked for - passport copies with stamps (although lawyer advised only the ones with visa), 797s, I-94, APs etc.

Finally received the 485 approval for both me and spouse! Felt more of a relief than elation after this long wait. PD - Sep 2001 485 RD - Dec 2002 FP - Sep 2004 RFE (legal stay) - Nov 2004 AD - Dec 2004 EB3 Needless to say that this forum has been a great help. Thanks to everyone...

sxpat - More Info? sxpat, I got the same inquiry from USCIS. Can you explain in detail what all pages of passport are they interested? There is no "departure" stamp in passport when you leave US. Thanks for sharing the information.
