After using EAD (not EAD for OPT), you are no longer eligible for another H1. try to keep non-immi status in case there is something happen (little chance), since you have a job everything will be OK

Acturally, you attorney needs to do nothing but attach a letter from your employer stating your job responsibility which should be the same or similar to your LC. title is not a big issue. Some folks did this by themselves.

last year i changed my address by calling NSC. now i have to move again, please share your experience how to change address now cause we only have one national service 1-800 #, can they change your address for you or they need to transfer your request to NSC? Thanks

there must be something wrong or typo, at least the date 1-8-03. according to the approved number of H-1 these years, the population of employment-based 485 is mostly from India and China... too good to be true! if INS can move on a tiny bit every month, i will thank them a lot! I hate...

doing the FP little late is not that bad because you will get a chance to do it again after expired (15months), based on the slow moving of INS, getting the FP done 12 months after RD should be OK

One of my friend used AP, and he was still H1 for seven months, his company did not ask anything about that, after a while his I485 get approved
