    Re Acturally, you attorney needs to do nothing but attach a letter from your employer stating your job responsibility which should be the same or similar to your LC. title is not a big issue. Some folks did this by themselves.

    Re doing the FP little late is not that bad because you will get a chance to do it again after expired (15months), based on the slow moving of INS, getting the FP done 12 months after RD should be OK

    re: your I485 depends on your future employment, if there is a RFE and you can evidence with a future employment letter you will be OK
