That shouldnt be a problem as long as you didnt user EAD yet . Even if your 485 is approved you can come back to the country on H1 as long its valid

Make sure that the new job description/position is similar the one in your Labour applied thru your previous company. In case u get an RFE you should be able to get a letter from the new employee which states that you are handling similar responsibilities the salary in the new job should...

HI sept13 Well I dont have any other issues with my consulting company at this point . Well anyways I am going to talk to my client tomorrow and explain everything . Hopefully he agrees to give a letter the way I expect. Regarding RFE I think the attorney receives the letter ( thats my guess)
