This is actually a serious infraction since auto insurance (liability) is mandatory. In fact, many people have to go to court because of this. Just take an updated section on the N-400 with the updated information and you should be fine.

The keywords are "tax transcripts for the last 5 years". Just mention it and they will know what you mean.
