I left a voice mail and then faxed them more than a month ago and still have not heard back from them. I have read similar instance here from other people. I do not think they respond that quickly.

Why don't you apply for H1-B transfer using permium processing? You should get the receipt immediately and h1-B within 2 weeks? Having h1-B is preferable if you feel Eb-1 is more riskier... you can also travel more freely wihthout having to apply for AP every year...

do you have to send passport copies? We applied for our 3rd EAD recently. WE did not attach passport copies. I did not attach it for my past two EAD's too.. looking at the RFE's people are getting - is this a new requirement? If yes, any suggestions as to what to do? thanks
