All,

The INS is a messy organization to begin with. If one changes his job during the last stages (after 140 approval), will that affect the approval timeframe for 485? Any information will be helpful. Thanks a bunch and hang in there guys!

Changing job is not problem.
Changing address from one service center to another is also
not a problem.
I did changed job two time on EAD and also change address
From VSA to TSC. My whole family cases were approved.

Bhagat44 ,

when you changed you job did you inform USCIS about AC21..
I've heard if you change jobs, and file for AC21, there is a strong chance you get tranferred to local office and hence more delays...

When you responded to RFE did you reply using AC21 and paystubs from new employer .... what was the variation between the original salary on your I485 and one that you reported on RFE (if mentioned AC21)...

I'm in a similar boat and wondering if I should file for AC21.. not currently planning on doing it since it might cause delays...
