The address is correct. The PA office will then re-direct your application to the regional passport office in New Orleans. The New Orleans office will send you your passport (via priority mail - no signature required) and your naturalization certificate (via regular mail). All this is finished...
Do not sugar-coat your termination in anyway especially you don't want to tell the officer that your EB1-2 petition did not actually have a "permanent" job. Jobs that depend on continuation of research funds are *typically* not seen as "permanent" jobs.
EB1-1 and NIW do NOT need a job offer...

Sorry to be jumping in but here is how it goes, I think.
The consulate in US does the scanning (uploads into the system) and grants it (after consultation with the Ministry of Home Affairs - done using online database checking). People in Delhi just print it and mail it back to the consulate...
You can write a cover letter, mention new address, and request the consulate to send the
documents to your new address. I am assuming you did pay for the overnight delivery. If
not, add $20 money order with that request.
CGI Houston is very good with such things; so it should not be much...
We have encountered 'imperfect' behaviors/treatments at the hands of the immigration agents a few times in the last 15 years. Either they are trained that way or
we encountered them on their imperfect days in their offices. Either way, we always got our applications accepted so no hard feelings...
Do surely mention what you mentioned on your 485 application; I mean IEEE, ACM, Sigma-Xi etc. - or equivalents - if you did mention them in your EB1-1 or EB1-2 application.
We are in a similar situation. My wife got her US passport without any hassle and she has applied for SSN card with the new last name, after receiving her passport. Once she gets her SSN card, she will approach the DMV. DMV is the least knowledgeable of all, so this order made sense to us.

Just checked status
Photo/signature scanned March/05
Used the following site, entered the online registration number, and pressed 'go'. This might help those who do not know how to check the status (I didn't know myself until an hour ago).

I feel fortunate to be asking this question. When is a good time to shred the non-immigrant documents such as I-20s, EAD, I-140, I-485 etc. I am a brand new citizen and will be applying for my passport shortly. Thanks.
In New Orleans (Metairie USCIS office), taking pictures and video recording is allowed during the oath ceremony. I do not know about the rules in the other locations/offices.
