No, I reapplied for EAD in the local office. The local office does not accept EAD requests with the receipt notice from Dallas , unless it has been 90 days from the day of filing. So, I reapplied (paid $100) and mailed the form ot local INS office. Hoep this helps

EAD renewal application does not count As far as I know, you have to have the approval and the card. Please check with your lawyer.
