Finally !! Our lawyer let us know that our case has been approved.
They have not received the approval copy yet. I will post the approval details when I get them.

Approval date - Feb 6th 2002

The case was approved was Feb 6th 2002. My wife got her EAD at the
local INS on Feb 7th 2002.
 
How to get EAD at local office?

Do you appled EAD at Dallas TSC and got approved at local office?
Please tell me the detail of that. My wife is waiting her EAD and plan to go to local office to get it.

No, I reapplied for EAD in the local office.

The local office does not accept EAD requests with the receipt notice from Dallas , unless it has been 90 days from the day of filing.

So, I reapplied (paid $100) and mailed the form ot local INS office.
