My Notice date is march 6th. Recently I got my second FP notice. I called my Senator he has told me that my file is with an officer.

I faxed a letter to officer #96(I hope I am right) in October and got fingerprint notice in Novemeber. I have read on this forum some people even scheduled it through local office.

About 2nd FP

In Oct, I kept faxing every Monday...for 2FP notice. No response. I\'ve mailed to Senator. Since my lawyer said he can\'t do anything.
Finally, this month(Jan) I got IIO on phone. She went through my file and said will request for 2FP.

Look at all the approvals for cases filed in 03/01 etc. I will never ever recommend applying in the EB3 category.

Approval notice went to old address and got redirected. Hang in folks esp the late 99 and early 2000 filers - TSC is atlast moving. The answering system is not still updated.
