I did not receive my Green Card after the change of address. The GC stamp expires in a month. Should I file I-90 form at Local INS..? Please help...!!!!

Do You have EAD Also...??! I am not sure if you can use your AP without the EAD. If you have your H1B valid until 2003 it is the best option to go with your H1-B. You may use AP as a second option .. in case there are lots of quesitons at port of entry..

I think the Date means that .. .. CSC has processed all the cases that are prior to that date. So you do not have to worry.. You may wait for a week and start sending Level 1 Enquiry to INS through your Lawyer. If the enquiry is Level 1 then INS has to respond within 14 days.
