What's your RD? I think they schedule interviews according to the RD not the TD. My RD is 8/2001, TD is 3/2003, and I got my interview letter last week.

Re: Longest waiting case in RFE History Don't be too mad, my RFE response receviced by INS on 05/05/2002, my RD is 06/23/2001, and I'm still here. So far, I heard the longest wait after RFE is 8 months. I will break the record if I won't hear something before 02/05/2003.

GreenCardMA, from my understanding, once you get your EAD, your H1 will be automatically expired. So, if you have a EAD, you no longer on H1. You may want to ask your lawyer to see if this is correct.
