Did 2nd FP but neither RFE nor Approval Guys, I did my 2nd FP on 12/18/03. I have not received any RFE or approval so far.. Can we know whether the FP data has been reached at NSC or not. But after finishing my FP I asked INS guys, they said the FP data has already gone!!!! I am not sure...

There is no consistent rule in NSC I also called NSC couple of days before. That lady told me that as per as current processing time is concerned it is taking 26 months and for me she told call after April 2004 if you did not hear anything from US, because my RD is Feb 2002. Don't be upset...
