My II FP is done on Jan 2003,
But no updates, no RFEs. Anybody else on the same boat...
Really INS is working on any cases ????

Any news on Feb/Mar02 cases

Hi,

Do you guys know what is happening to Feb/March 02 Series....No approval RFE.. though April/May 2002 cases are getting approved. If you have any update please post it here.

I don't think Nebraska INS is still actively processing employment I-485s. They must be still on vacation or doing other stuff.

did INS send you the second FP notice after 18 months?
my wife had her first FP taken in sep 02.
just wondering if she will get second FP notice automatically after 18 months.
