AP - Any recent approvals

I don't want to disappoint you, but I applied in 09-19-02 and yet to hear from them, every time I speak with them they tell me that it is with an office and it should be finalized soon, but I have been hearing this since Nov. So, if I'm you, I would not make any plans, until you have it in your hand, you never know what happens. I alos found out that if it is your first AP visa, then it would be faster, in my case, this is a renewal for old AP Visa. I know it does not make sence that a new one take less time, specially that the old one is already on file and they have all the information and back groung check that they need, but this is the INS, only god knows how they do things.
