I saw there are some approvals in last month and also this month. But most of the cases are new cases like April 02, May 02 cases. What is going on with Jan/Feb/Mar 02 cases? I am in 140 series with RD-FEB02, ND-03/02. I did my 2nc FP in 12/03. My send year anniversary is completed. There is no RFE or approval. I am not seeing any current RFE/Approval in that Series. It is disgusting. Will it be advisable to contact any senator/congressman? Now frustration reached at its highest level. Please suggest…

I am 02141XXXXX. I have not yet seen any progress. My frustration is reaching maximum too.

Please find the attached greenland excel sheet. it has both -144, 140, and 145 series approvals. 140 and 144 looks pretty good. I'm in 145 series.
 
LIN02082 Series

Hi Guys,

My LIN is 082 series but nothing so far. NOt even second FP. And noticing that NSC is keep arroving Apr/May/June'02 cases.

I just looked at your data and I thought I must thank you for your efforts. By the look of it 02-140 is doing well. I am on 02-144 and noticed that there are a few approval in that one too, not as good as 02-140 and not as bad as 02-145. I am in 02-144 and hope that by the end of this month will get the golden card!

Actually I have already predicted this time frame based on my own mathematical model, quite a while ago, I posted my model on this forum, so it is not patentable!:)

It's not god at all

Guys,

As you see the processing of 140 series is good, but it does not contains all the I485 cases, it contains only 140-51XXX series. Yesterday I ran 140-50XXX series, the approval trend was very poor. I forgot to add into the list, but on monday I will add it. Guys take some time and try to ran the script and know how the approval trend is going on...

Is there anyway we can talk to any INS officer in Nebraska to know the status of of our file ???
