Yes but the majority of the Hispanics that become LPRs do not apply under EB1,EB2 or EB3 but under Family Based or Other categories. Therefore the Hispanic community is not overwhelming the Employment Based category with GC applications like the Indians or Asians.

However the LEGAL hispanic community (GC employment based applicans) is way too small in comparison to the Indian and Asian ones.
