It was a LUD on 8/17/2007 on my approved I-140, I'm sorry I did not keep track on all my LUDs throughout the process but that was the last one before approval.
Good luck to all!
Today I checked my email and saw nothing new so without any hope I went to check the status of my case on CRIS and saw a LUD on today (9/17) just to discover the following message:
On September 17, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident...
Jerk?, you are the one who posted the bet not me!
Now you are turning it down. BIG MOUTH! :D
I'm sorry for you! When CIR passes and CIS gets drowned with 20 million of applications it will take at least 10 years before the PD for ROW reaches 05 and 06. Too bad! :D
Now you are trying to deviate the challenge, I thought you were so brave. Big words!
Standing behind your statements in a Hispanic/Latino illegal websites is easy since you don't care to be banned!
You brought it up!, try to blame the majority HERE and see what happens!
Well, of course if this was a web-portal for illegals you'll still say the same since you do not have anything to get from it.
However the situation changes completely when you have a vested interest like what everyone of us who visits this portal has. If the majority were Hispanics HERE you...
Your comments seem to be pointing to blame the Hispanic Illegals for what is yet to come. Have in mind that NOT all the people who visit this forums are Indians and I'm sure that if the majority of the people who read this portal were Hispanics you would be more careful with your comments...
That is exactly my question, what is your point on making distinctive emphasis on the Hispanics when referring to illegal immigration?
You seem to be forgetting that there are also thousands of Illegal Indians and Chinese as well.
You are not a victim of retrogression because of mass...
Yes but the majority of the Hispanics that become LPRs do not apply under EB1,EB2 or EB3 but under Family Based or Other categories.
Therefore the Hispanic community is not overwhelming the Employment Based category with GC applications like the Indians or Asians.
Baby Mde.
How you dare to ask a question like this? Mexico has not overflowed the USCIS system with millions of H1Bs that later became GC applicants like India.
In fact the question should be. Why Mexico is not with the rest of the world?
Unless there are many 245i applications still...
Ohh yes it did Bro!.... Also check how fast dates moved for ROW in the bulletins after they hit May 01 as well... the same is going to happen for Mexico.
Actually it is not a surprise.
Most Mexicans who got benefited by 245(i) should've filed under "Other Workers" since the majority of them are not professionals.
Mexico does not have many EB3 applications filed by professional workers in comparison to India and it will be a surprise if now...
Rose.
Not all the Mexicans that are here are illegal and not all the illegals that are here are from Mexico.
I'm EB3 from Mexico and I'm in the same boat as you.
Well...they can start with the more than 11 million of ILLEGAL immigrants already in the US, I'm sure that will give them plenty of work to do for quite some time, then if that is not enough they can go to reduce the quota for H1B visas issued every year BUT NEVER! NEVER! even attempt to affect...
Well... that I do not know but it seems to be the case. The only thing that I can tell for sure is that Mexico does not have many EB3 cases filed as well as H1Bs.
Hola Lucas.
I'm also from Mexico EB3 PD Sept 01, last year I received an RFE on my case 1 month before the EB3 category became Unavailable... As you may be aware that meant that after responding the RFE my case was just about to be approved but all the sudden everthing changed for bad and...
