Different states have different rules concerning marriage licenses.

That should give u a general idea...however, marriage laws do change thus, it's best to contact ur local marriage license office or county clerk. Also remember...
I speak from the perspective of active duty...for a national Guard side of view u should try posting at www.military.com or if u have an AKO account u can post on www.us.army.mil(u need a passcode). If u decide to post on www.military.com, be incredibly nice...they have little patience.
Good...
U didn't understand the question. I was asking if while in the Armed forces with a condtional green card u can apply for citizenship.
I know u can join the Army with a conditional green-card.
I wonder whether the number of speeding tickets affects the name check progress? I had three speeding tickets in the past more than 3 years ago
It doesn't....I think. Not in my case anyhow.
If u join the Army with a conditional green card...can u still apply for citizenship after a year or do u have to remove conditions before applying for citizenship.
U could go to a pastor(if u're a christian or something)....and have documents saying yall were there. In addition, u could go for a marriage counselling session...a shrink etc. keep receipts
It'd be better to go together.
Edit: U could send him email requesting that u both go for...
Yeah I'd like that too...sure would be nice...u could take a loan, swap numbers, throw around the It-wasn't-me gambit and play dumb when it's time to pay back.
Unless ur situation is messed up by default and u're gonna be deported anyhow I wouldn't recommend trynna out-smart the...
I was thinking the same thing...Ma'of fact I wanted to bring that up...but I've resolved not to be judgemental.
What's with all the deadlines and flip-flopping...like it's a contract or sum'n.
Yes u can
That is not true. It's possible to remove conditions after divorce. U would have to prove the marriage was entered into in good faith and not for the purpose of securing immigration benefits. Which is why u getting a divorce soon would be detrimental to ur good-faith...
Pardon my French but there's not a damn thing a lawyer can do with regards to escaping or landing in namecheck. U can hire a lawyer after u get stuck in namecheck for a while to file a lawsuit....u can even do that urself.
It all depends...some people have a deity-like dependence on...
Read my timeline. U can't get an accurate prediction though...just keep ur fingers crossed. Yeah I played that game too...watching and deducing from other folks' timelines...all things held constant u get ur card within 10 days of it being "ordered'...it's usually within 8 days but I threw in...
Being out of status is insignificant when u apply to adjust status based on marriage to a USC...I wouldn't worry about that if I were u. Furthermore, once u apply to adjust status...ur F-1 is null and void. U falling out of status now wouldn't diminish ur chances of securing a green card...as a...
U would have to check the box that asks if u've ever been arrested etc. and attach an explanation on a separate sheet. Explain in detail.
U'd have to get court-certified dispositions(original) and affidavits to take with u to the interview.
Actually, u can still go ahead and proffer advice...u've been consistently wrong for so long by the law of averages u're bound to get one right in the near future. I just hate to see someone come back in tears after putting ur Machiavellian ill-advice to action.
Granted, there's a big-ass...
