If your case does not updated in 60 days you can call Customer Service nos and open referral enquiry. Thats what I did. If you do not receive any response to referral enquiry in 30 days you can open another referral enquiry. Nos are 800-375-5283 and follow with options 1-2-6-1-1-3. Good luck.
