A big Approval Today for us...

At last today morning, I have bombarded with 11 emails from Cris and USCIS about our 485 approvals.:)

This case has been approved. On May 24, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

I did open a second Referral enquiry on 05/21/2006. Good luck to everyone on FBI Namecheck... I have been in this process from 07/19/2004.

Thanks guys and its all gods mercy on FBI name check clearence.

We did fingerprinting on 02/14/2006 no update on our case and waiting for 60 days and opened Referral enquiry on 04/14/2006 no update and waiting for 30 days and again another referral enquiry on 05/18/2006 and see a approval this week.

Standard USCIS 800 nos from 485 receipt.

What is a referral enquiry? how did you opne it?
Is it the only thing you did for getting out of Name check?

If your case does not updated in 60 days you can call Customer Service nos and open referral enquiry. Thats what I did. If you do not receive any response to referral enquiry in 30 days you can open another referral enquiry.

Nos are 800-375-5283 and follow with options 1-2-6-1-1-3. Good luck.

Seeing a lot of 2004 PD I485 approved in the past couple of days, I assume they were all stuck by the name check. It seems FBI is actually working on year 2004 cases.
