Lets track the EB2 approvals. As they are processing 2001 year end now, every one with PD between JUNE 2001 to JUNE 2002 please add your details here. I attached the xls file to keep track. Add your details there.

no change on LUD after code 3 fingerprinting

Recently done fingerprinting and there is no change on LUD. Called INS and represtative told me to wait for 60 days before calling them. Send an email to FBI this week for our Name check status and nothing heard from them yet. Here is my details below. Also, added couple people from list above.

Stuck in Namecheck are the ones stuck!!

Looks like that all people from 2001 at least that have 485 pending are the ones that are stuck in namecheck (or may have been cleared very recently). Maybe the same applies to 2002 and possibly 2003 as well!!
 
Only 8 ?

Do we have only 8 EB2 people for 2001 and 2002 waiting for their 485 ?

It can't be true.
