    amvar, You have to create an account as a customer on USCIS case status website using the receipt numbers of your 131, 765 and 485, then you will be able see their LUD changes.

    Got my notice today I just got my FP notice today from HR, who got it from the lawyer, not sure when they received the notice, ND is actually 4/19/2007, sent from TSC. I still don't get mine in mail. The appointment is 5/3/2007.

    I don't see any post about the update of Service Center Processing Dates, it has been staying on March 15, 2007. I remember they used to update it twice a month, how come it stops now, it's been more than a month. Is it just me? Am I missing anything here?

    It's determined by the advertisement on your LC application, master degree or bachelor degree plus 5 year experience, my understanding is next step, on form I140, there is a box to check EB2 or EB3.
