I would like to add this. Your PD is actually owned by you when you get your I-140 approval and you hold atleast a copy of your approval with you.
Your I-140 may be revoked under certain worse conditions. For these conditions please consult your lawyer.

Scenario 1: My guess is that EB2 moves 6 months in June although I hope a faster movement will be good for me (personal issues).
Scenario 2: From what I know even if CIR/SKIL/STEM is passed it will take a long time (end of this year) for it to be implemented as a law.
Hi Jinx, I also would like such rapid progression, but it is realistic to expect 6 months. I only hope it does not slow down because of the fact that lot of people filed EB2 in 2003 - 2005 years. Let's wait and see.
