Thanks everybody. Mine is EB2 India. I applied for 485 in June 2007. My application was received at the USCIS on June 1 2007 and the Notice date was June 11 2007. Good luck to all. I am sure lot of cases will get approved this month especially EB2 as the numbers are available for some people.

Hi all, I also got the card production ordered mail on Aug 31 and again on Sept 3 and today I received the Welcome notice email. Hoping to get the approval mail and the card soon by mail. Does anybody know as to how long we have to stay with the same company before switching jobs? Is it okay...

Either your employer or lawyer should get it. In my case my lawyer received it. Infact you need the original to file for your I-140. I got a query in I-140 because my lawyer sent the copy instead of original ETA 750 by mistake.
