My name check was not clear last time I contacted VSC, in Feb. But after that I was transferred to TSC, and FP2 came. So I am not sure what's status of my NC now.

I was transferred from VSC on March 15. Here is my LUDs: 03/15, 03/16, 03/23, 03/27 (today). Not sure what they are doing there, but my layer said several of their client got approval about three weeks after transfer. Is it a good sign???

My case too, got transferred to TSC today 03/15/07. I-140/I485 filed concurrently on Aug 08, 2005.

Can you give me a clue how do you know you are stuck in name check? By calling Vermont? I want to find out too. Thanks a lot.

My Notice Date for I-485 is 08/08/2005. I haven't seen any thing change since last update 09/17/2005. My I-140 was approved in Feb. 06.

As I posted before, I called VSC after waiting for my EAD/AP for almost three months. Three days later my call I got EAD/AP approved for myself, on 11/1. Yesterday my family's EAD got approved. Waiting for their APs. Concurently filed RD 8/3, ND 8/8. Sorry to hear you are still waiting...

EB1-OR filed concurently, VSC, RD 8/3/05, ND 8/7/05. Got EAD/AP approved today. No news on I-140 yet.
