already done so, still same response from USCIS after they reviewed our cases after they got the letter from FBI

FBI told me our name check were cleared 2 years ago, while after USCIS reviewed our cases, it still insists that my name check is still pending. -- USCIS claims that FBI sent their result for another candidate but with my A# mistakenly -- which is why FBI thinks my case is cleared but it is not...

i believe they work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, they difinitly don't work on weekends.

i don't think there is any direct relation between 2nd FP and getting approval. According to my lawyer, each FP is only valid in 15 months, so you will get another FP notice before the previous one gets expired, no matter how much progress on your case is ...

my I-485 was filed at May, 2005. I did inquery in this September. FP was done in September, 2005.
