Hi CMR I got the same dates of Rd and ND as yours, keep in touch for progress. I got my FP done on 31st May but AVM never updated. I called IIO last wk and he said my case may get approval next month. Fingers crossed though, good luck.

AP application NSC is taking about two months for AP approval. Approval start from the day your application for AP is approved not when you previous one expires

EAD and AP approval ND for both Sept 3 at NSC EAD approved Oct 3 and recieved Oct 10 AP approved Oct 17, still waiting for mail

EAD We got our EAD within 30 days from Nebraska. If this helps. RD Sept 3 approval date Oct 3.

EAD Apply ASAP, I applied in late august and notice date was 3rd Sept and my EAD was approved 3rd october and I recieved it on 7th October from NSC. So my suggestion apply ASAP and you,ll get befor December.

FP No, You,ll have to wait atleast until April 2003 for approval. We filed our 485 in December and got FP done in MAy. We expect our case approval only in JAn 2003. Try www.rupnet.com and you can see they are processing June/July 2001 cases as of now. cheers
