Anybody with 12/2001 RD or ND got RFE or approval, post here

I think we still have atleast two months before we see any activity on the december cases. But its not a bad idea to start a thread with atleast some general details.

Hi CMR I got the same dates of Rd and ND as yours, keep in touch for progress. I got my FP done on 31st May but AVM never updated. I called IIO last wk and he said my case may get approval next month. Fingers crossed though, good luck.
 
Next month, really!! That's encouraging. Can you post more details about your case and your conversation with the IIO.

I filed my case from MI and moved to VA after filing.

If the approvals are indeed based on ND, then it's pretty clear that we are very close to being approved. You can see the approvals up to Nov 28 ND on Rupnet(LIN 02-048). So I think its really a matter of a few weeks if not days before we see some activity on DEC cases.

As far as AVM not getting updated, I wouldn't worry too much about that. I have seen so many posters on this website getting their approvals without ever getting their status updated on AVM after their finger printing. So, just take it easy and look for the BIG update soon.
