are yu going on a h1b or are you using EAD/AP? If you are going on a valid H1b then no problem. Go get married. and bring her in H4 visa. But if you are going on EAD and AP and getting married, the bride has to stay at her place till she does CP and get GC!! Long process. Hope this...

DONT WORRY--MAYBE FOR PHOTOGRAPH I HAVE SO FAR seen RFE only for Photographs not clear. So dont worry. It might be that. Walkin EAD are called Interim EAD and only some offices of INS issue them. I knw for sure INS -Newark,NJ doesnt give interim EAD. Hope this helps.

No Title Come back on AP. It is the BEST thing to do. No hassles at all. Very safe and secure. So dont worry. Come back with H1 only if yu are not sure of your 485 papers otherwise AP is more then enough. Hope this helps.

If your EAD is more then 180 days old. If you have met the AC21 requirement of 180 days after 485 filing, then go for it. Else wait till 180 days has expired.

My EAD was approved on Jan 7 got card on Jan 14or 15 i think by mail.
